Booking & Cancellation Policy

The fine print.

Luscious Pro Makeup Artistry Course — booking policy. Terms for masterclasses follow the same principles; please ask when enquiring.

  1. Booking Process

    To secure your spot in the Luscious Pro Makeup Artistry Course, a non-refundable booking deposit of €100 is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance of €500 must be paid in full prior to the start of the course.

  2. Payment Methods

    Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, cash, or other approved payment methods. All payment details will be provided upon registration.

  3. Course Cancellation & Refunds

    Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued for the course fee, including the booking deposit. If a student needs to cancel their enrollment, they must notify us at least 14 days prior to the course start date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the entire course fee. If a student is unable to attend, they may transfer their enrollment to the next course term; the new course must be paid in full at the time of transfer.

  4. Rescheduling

    Students may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future course date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of €50 will apply. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the original course start date.

  5. Non-Attendance

    No refunds or credits will be issued for students who do not attend the course or any part of it without prior notification.

  6. Course Changes

    Luscious Makeup & Hair reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, content, and instructors as necessary. Students will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

  7. Liability

    Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during the course. Luscious Makeup & Hair is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

  8. Agreement

    By completing your booking, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
